국내에는 저희 뮤직포스가 처음으로 소개해드리는 것으로 알고있는데요. 프로시리즈는 S1부터 S6까지

다양한 모델들이 있으며 근래에는 Modern의 프로시리즈 버젼인 M Series가 발매되어 호평을 받고 있습니다.

Q1. Pro Series가 정확히 어떤 기타인가요?

A> 프로시리즈는 Suhr에서 더욱 많은 기타리스트들에게 다가가기 위해 좀 더 합리적인 가격대로 출시한

기타들로 기존의 Suhr Custom 기타들과 완전히 동일한 등급의 목재와 파츠가 사용되며 Suhr Guitar의

숙련된 빌더들에 의해 제작되고 있습니다. 고가의 모델에만 적용되는 Buzz Feiten Tuning System과 혁신

적인 Plek 프렛 레벨링 작업 또한 Pro Series에도 기본으로 적용되고 있습니다.

Q2. Pro Series에는 어떤 종류의 기타들이 있나요?

* S1 & S2 : 5,60년대 스트랫풍의 Classic한 Look에 SSH사양의 범용성을 갖춘모델

               (MSRP $2500 for S1, $2550 for S2)

The popular S1 model features a lightweight Alder body, plain grain hard rock Eastern Maple neck, Indian Rosewood fingerboard, the Even C Slim neck shape, the Gotoh 510 bridge, Sperzel locking tuners, and the SSV humbucker in the bridge position and the V60LP single-coil pickups in the neck and middle positions.

* S3 & S4 : Basswood Body에 Flame Maple Top, SSH or HSH 사양의 Contemporary 모델

               (MSRP $3100 for S3, $3150 for S4)

The new Pro Series S3 (Indian Rosewood fingerboard) and S4 (one-piece Maple neck) models present a stunning value by offering Custom-grade Flame Maple top at a down-to-earth price.

Featuring the "Holy Grail" body wood combination of American Basswood and Flame Maple top, John Suhr's favorite high output pickup SSH+ in the bridge position, and John's favorite neck shape (Even C Slim), the S3 and S4 models pack premium materials and master built workmanship into an instrument that is affordable, versatile and reliable with the famous Suhr playability and tone.

The two humbuckers are John's favorite configuration for a dual humbucker configuration - the hot and juicy but clear SSH+ in the bridge and the classic and sweet sounding SSV in the neck.

Q3. Suhr의 Pro Series는 Classic모델이나 Standard모델의 하위버젼 아닌가요?

A> 많은 분들이 잘못 알고계신 경우가 많은데 기본적으로 Pro Series는 기존의 Classic이나 Standard와

동일한 등급의 기타입니다. Classic이나 Standard 모델의 기본 MSRP가 $3000임을 감안하면 S3~S6 모델은

오히려 무옵션의 클래식,스탠다드 모델보다 더 고가의 모델입니다. 

Suhr가 공식홈페이지에서도 밝히고 있듯이 Suhr기타만의 최상의 퀄리티를 유지하면서 색상이나 옵션등을

고정하여 커스텀오더 제품에 비해 가격을 낮춰 최고의 가격대 성능비를 보여주는 기타가 바로 Pro Series
